Changes for 2021-22 Season ---- Important

• Clothing requirements will be relaxed this year. You will be allowed clothing of your choice, with the exception of no jeans. Bowls shoes still required.  Teams are not required to match.

• The hall shall be booked for 8:30am. Registration will formally open at 9am for 9:30am start PROMPT. The Committee will be strictly enforcing punctuality this year as we are on a strict timetable.

• Players who arrive before 9am and have helped set up equipment will be entitled to a 20 min roll up before the start of first session. If you arrive after 9 or do not help, please be aware you will not be allowed to roll up. Roll ups may be cut short to enable the start of the event. If you cannot physically help due to disability etc then please contact the Competition Secretary as exceptions will be made.

• All games shall be straight in with no trial ends.

• Format for this years events are subject to numbers entering. the deadline to get your forms back is the 5th December, and late entry is very unlikely to be accepted.
