England win British Isles individual A series fours



Kent bowlers Richard Stagg and Tim Harwood teamed up with Norfolk Chris WIllies and Dorset Mark White to compete in the A series individual fours at the British isles in Scotland.


On Saturday 16th they faced Wales in the first game, running out a very strong 23-9 victory. The second match of the day saw them face a very strong Irish team, keeping up the good form, England won 10-9


On Sunday 17th the England side played Scotland in the last game, unfortunately just missing out on a win loosing 13-10.


Final results

England 4 points plus 13

Wales 4 points plus 2

Ireland 2 points plus 8

Scotland 2 points minus 23


With both England and Wales scoring 2 wins and one loss each, it came down to shots with England scoring plus 13 crowning them British isles A series fours champions.
