Kent players going to Norway

 Kent Players Selected for the World Championships in Norway!


The England squad for the World Short Mat Bowls Championships in Norway, taking place 20th–22nd March 2026, has now been confirmed — and Kent will be proudly represented on the international stage.


 Congratulations to our selected Kent players:

  • Michael Doorey

  • Jody Frampton

  • Danny Hogben


Michael Doorey will compete in the Triples, playing alongside Jason Woods (Norfolk) and Jason McLean (Hampshire).

Jody Frampton and Danny Hogben will compete in the Fours, teaming up with Morgan Warnes (Norfolk) and Gary Best (Norfolk).



A fantastic achievement for all three players and a proud moment for Kent.
